Membership Freeze Request

Life can sometimes throw unexpected challenges our way. At Fitometry, we understand that maintaining your fitness routine isn’t always possible. That’s why we offer the option to freeze your membership temporarily.

How It Works:

To request a membership freeze, please fill out the form. Our team will review your request and get back to you promptly. Please note the following guidelines regarding membership freezes:

  • Duration: Members can freeze their accounts for a minimum of one month and up to three months.
  • Fees: A nominal fee of $10 monthly is due per freeze month.
  • Membership freezes are available for active members in good standing.
  • Freeze requests must be submitted at least 5 days before the intended start date.
  • Freezes start and end on the first of the month. Any freeze request submitted after the first of the month will be processed the following month.

Please note: You are not eligible for a Freeze if you have a past-due/overdue balance or your membership is otherwise not in good standing with Fitometry Health Club. Retroactive Freezes are not permitted. For further details please reference our member policies.

I authorize Fitometry to charge my credit card that is on record with Fitometry upon the successful freezing of my membership.
