Relies on work in supersets that combine high intensity cardio with strength exercises. Strength and cardio training in a dynamic environment, designed to improve your strength, agility, and physique all at once.

GR8-ENERGY

Inspired by the concept of functional training, you’ll perform a circuit of exercises that work on the fundamentals of movement and follow the latest trends, as opposed to classic muscle-focused training. What makes ENERGY different is the inclusion of the concepts of “fun” and “interactivity” in the sessions by integrating technology and transforming the workout into a game.
