What is Nutrition Coaching?

A nutrition coach is your agent for change.  Working alongside you, your coach will build body positive nutrition goals, make choices that fit your personal needs, and dispel nutrition rumors with facts and science.

Nutrition Coaching Services

Client Assessment

Our nutrition coach will meet with you 1-on-1 to understand your experiences, challenges, and needs. From there, your coach will begin the process of mapping your journey to create a healthier lifestyle. 

Weekly Educational Sessions

Your coach will meet with you weekly to review your progress, walk through your successes and struggles and go through an educational Journey Mapping lesson. Each session provides you with the tools you need to have a successful week and achieve lasting results.

No Weird Diets Or Unrealistic Goals

Your coach will break your big goals into small daily practices that add up to large changes. You’ll develop healthy habits that become second nature and become part of your lifestyle.
